Shipping policy

The majority of RUBBER N’ ROAD orders are shipped from our distribution center in the Netherlands. Expect to receive a notification of your order being shipped within 2 business days. Delivery times vary by country, however most orders are delivered within 1 - 4 business days. Items that are made in the USA and are ordered within the USA will be shipped from NYC via UPS Ground.

From the Netherlands To:

Europe: DPD 1 - 3 business days

USA: DHL Express 1 - 3 business days

Rest of World: DHL Express or UPS 1 - 5 business days

From USA to USA:

East Coast: 1 - 3 business days

Midwest and West Coast: 2 - 5 business days

Customs Import Duties

 

Customs Import Duties vary depending on the destination country. Import Duty Taxes assessed by local Customs authorities are to be paid by the customer. Import Duties are not included in the order or shipping price. If Import Duty Taxes are assessed by Local Customs Authorities, the customer will be contacted via email by the shipping carrier (DHL or UPS) and will be obliged to pay the taxes in a timely manner. Please monitor your tracking information closely while your order is in transit.

 

As of August 2025, all shipments from the European Union into the United States are subject to a 15% - 30% tariff, to be paid by the customer. Import duties are non-refundable.

 

Be aware that if you refuse to pay Import Duty Taxes, your order will be returned to RUBBER N’ ROAD and you will be charged a $50 administration fee. The cost of return shipping + the $50 administrative fee will be deducted from your refund.
