At RUBBER N' ROAD, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order is not quite right, we're here to help.
This policy applies only to purchases made directly through RUBBERNROAD.COM. Products purchased through authorized retailers or distributors are subject to the return policies of the original seller.
Your statutory consumer rights under applicable EU law are not affected by this policy.
UNITED STATES
Returns & Exchanges
Customers in the United States may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be new, unworn, unused, and unwashed.

All original tags and packaging must be included.

Items must not show signs of wear, damage, alteration, odors, or laundering.
The following items are not eligible for return:

Return Process
To begin a return, please visit our Easy Returns Center to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Please allow approximately 4–5 business days for your request to be reviewed.
Once approved, securely package your item together with the return documentation and ship it to:

Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 14 business days after receipt of your return for processing. Your financial institution may require additional time before the refund appears on your account.
EUROPEAN UNION & EEA
Right of Withdrawal
If your order was delivered within the European Union or European Economic Area (EEA), you generally have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason, unless an exception under applicable law applies.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify RUBBER N' ROAD before the withdrawal period expires.
Condition of Returned Goods
You may inspect and try on products only to the extent reasonably necessary to determine their nature, characteristics, and fit, as you would in a physical retail store.
If returned goods show wear or use beyond what is reasonably necessary for this purpose, RUBBER N' ROAD reserves the right, where permitted by applicable law, to reduce the refund to reflect any diminished value.
The following products may not be eligible for return where permitted by applicable law:

Return Shipping
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, customers are responsible for the cost of returning products.
Where a statutory right of withdrawal is exercised, RUBBER N' ROAD will refund the purchase price together with the original standard delivery charges paid at the time of purchase, in accordance with applicable law.
Additional shipping costs resulting from expedited or premium delivery services are not refundable unless required by law.

Refunds
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method after the returned goods have been received or proof of return shipment has been provided, whichever occurs first, in accordance with applicable law.
MANUFACTURING WARRANTY
Products purchased directly from RUBBER N' ROAD are covered by your statutory consumer rights under applicable consumer protection laws. Nothing in this Warranty limits or excludes those rights.
In addition to your statutory rights, RUBBER N' ROAD warrants that its products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for two (2) years from the date of delivery.
This warranty applies only to manufacturing defects. It does not cover damage resulting from:

Normal wear and tear

Accidents or crashes

Misuse or abuse

Improper care or washing

Alterations or unauthorized repairs

Abrasion or damage caused by external factors
If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible after discovering the issue and provide:

Any additional information reasonably requested to evaluate the claim

If you purchased your product through an authorized retailer or distributor, please contact your original point of purchase first. Depending on applicable law and the retailer's policies, the retailer may process the claim directly or coordinate with RUBBER N' ROAD. Your statutory rights against the original seller remain unaffected.
Where a valid manufacturing defect is confirmed, RUBBER N' ROAD or the original seller, as applicable and in accordance with applicable law, may repair the product, replace it with the same or a comparable product, or provide another appropriate remedy.
